1. Sign in to your hotmail account with your user name and password
2- Go to options button from top right
3- Go to personal from left menu
4- Go to profile
5-choose country to be unite states of America
6- choose any state from the drop down menu
7- Enter the proper zip code from the list below:
California 90001 , Indiana 46001 , Florida ,Ohio 43001,New Hampshire 03031
8- choose your language to be English
9- Press ok
10- Copy and paste the following in your browser :
نسخ هذه العباره ووضعها مكان العنوان :Address

That's will deactivate your account temporary to complete the upgrade steps
11- Login again to your account and choose to reactivate it
12- select the option of free 250 MB
13- press continue on the next appeared pages
14- you will find your mail box became 25 MB first , and in few days it will become 250 MB
1_ فتح ميلك
2_ الذهاب الى كلمه اوبشن على يمين الصفحه option
3_ ثم الذهاب الي الملف الشخصي على يسار الصفحه personal
4_ ثم الى profile
5_ اختيار البلد التي تقيم فيها هي امريكا...واختار أي منطقه في امريكا من البند رقم سبعه ووضع كود المنطقه المكتوب بجانبها... ثم اضغط على كلمت حفظ
8_ اختار اللغه الانجليزيه ( من الملف الشخصي تختار اللغه الانجليزيه)
9_ اضغط اوكي
10_ نسخ هذه العباره ووضعها فوق عند العنوان address

اغلق ميلك ثم عاود فتحه...ستلاحظ زياده حجم الميل الي 25 وبعد عدة أيام سوف يصل الي 250
بعد زياده الميل الى هذا الحد يمكنك ارجاع اسم البلد التي تريدها.
